Sprint triathlon at beautiful Lake Mohawk Country Club located in Sparta, NJ.  All proceeds will benefit Pass it Along’s programs. 

Registration Types/Fees:
LMCC Members $90
Non-Members $100
LMCC Members Relay Team $120
Non-Members Relay Team $140

Entry changes (ie. substitutes for individual and relay team entries) will not be allowed 1 (one) month prior to event. No exceptions will be made on registration and event day.

All participants MUST read Race Rules, Important Event Day Information and Waiver of Responsibility documents (see links to the right).  Upon completed registration of this event, participants acknowledge and accept all information.

Prizes:  Prizes will be awarded for 1st and 2nd place male, female and relay team finishes as well as the following  1st & 2nd place age group finishers: 19 & under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60 & over.  Prizes will also be given for the top three (3) fundraisers (see below for more info).

In addition to just participating in the triathlon, we are offering a prize to the top three (3) fundraisers. Raise a minimum of $750 for a chance to win a one year FREE family membership to the YMCA in Hardyston! See below for details.

To participate in the fundraiser contest, go to www.firstgiving.com/passitalong and click on the triathlon event (on right of page).  You will be prompted to setup a fundraiser account (no cost to you). Your account will enable you to create a personal fundraising message with photo and video, and then send your message to friends & family via email, Facebook, and Twitter. Your donations are tracked, and you can automatically send thank you messages to all your donors.

You can also download and print a sponsor pledge form Here. Collect and mail all your pledge checks payable to Pass it Along in one envelope with the sponsor pledge form by July 9 to Pass It Along 60 Blue Heron Rd., Suite 100 Sparta, NJ 07871 Attention: Eleanor Young, Triathlon Fundraising.

Fundraiser pledges received by July 9 will be counted towards prizes.  Everyone who participates in collecting sponsor pledges will be eligible to win one free entry to next year’s event!  Pledge prizes are based on collections of each participant.  Team pledges are not allowed.  You are not required to raise sponsor pledges, but we would greatly appreciate any efforts made.

Additional Notices:

ATTENTION SWIMMERS: Practice Swims Prior to Event - Lake Mohawk is a private community. Therefore, only Lake Mohawk residents and their guests are allowed on the property & lake. Additionally, per Lake Mohawk Country Club's Marine Rules and Regulations, page 5, number 18, "Any person swimming or floating on a tube or similar device must have a boat escort when more than 150 feet from shore."

PLEASE ADHERE to LMCC RULES to AVOID Injury: If you are making practice swims in the lake, PLEASE have a boat escort with you when you are more then 150 feet from shore.

*PLEASE see above for Transition Area Detail Map, Course Map, Swim Course Detail Map, Triathlon Detail Information & your Triathlon equipment/item checklist. PLEASE familiarize yourself with the information below so you will be prepared the morning of the event.

Post race provisions will be provided at the end of the run course by the transition area and water stations will be provided on the run course only.
