Leadership
Recognizing the leadership potential in today’s young people, Pass It Along offers opportunities for teenagers to learn about issues facing our communities and empowers them to plan, lead and participate in initiatives to bring about change. At Pass It Along, we aim to support the next generation of leaders by building on strengths and serving at a higher level through strategic planning, communication and self-awareness.
ALL LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS

goLEAD
goLEAD is for teenagers interested in developing their leadership skills. Participants will collaborate to create a community service project under the guidance of Pass It Along staff. goLEAD is open to all teenagers and is held weekly. Interested in learning more? Service Corps
Service Corp is for teenagers interested in participating in an ongoing, higher level of service and leadership. Service Corps members take on bigger projects, help plan annual events, get specialized leadership training, and much more. Interested in learning more? Contact us at service@passitalong.org.

Volunteer Coordinator
Designed for teenagers who would like to take their leadership skills to the next level. Opportunities to participate or chair committees of existing programs, or assist with supporting new programs are available. We are always looking for teens to step up and become a Youth Volunteer Leader. If interested, please contact us at service@passitalong.org.
High School Clubs
Many schools in Sussex County and several in Morris and Warren County have their very own Pass It Along Clubs! Joining a club is one of the best ways to get involved with Pass It Along and become a leader in your school. There are numerous opportunities for community service hours as well as leadership and self-discovery opportunities.
